G-Town: A musical crew representing the Venezuelan urban culture

G-Town is a conglomerate of Underground artists from Guatire and Caracas (Venezuela) with an extensive trajectory in the urban music and cultural scene of Venezuela.

With strong influences from groups such as Wu Tang Clan, Supreme NTM, The Fugees and El Dojo and under the musical direction of producer and performer Jointer Own and music producer Radio Macoña; Amerika Brown, Cesn, Rans, Invi and Aborigen Salazar offer a collective musical experience that goes between rhythms such as Boombap, Grime and Trap.

The members of G-Town are characterized by their commitment to Venezuelan urban culture. Their lyrics address social and cultural issues, with a message of conscience and social vindication.

His music is a mix of rhythms such as Boombap, Grime and Trap, which fuse traditional elements of Venezuelan music with the most current Hip Hop trends.

In 2023, G-Town launched its audiovisual project “G Town High Sessions”. It is an audiovisual serialized project in Cypher format recorded in the city of Guatire, Miranda State, under the direction of Katherin Montaño and the general production of Osnerys Rengifo, Jessica Briceño and Glass Producciones, and consists of II volumes, between group and individual tracks, with the aim of publicizing and positioning this musical collective from its origin.

“G Town High Sessions” has been a critical and public success. The project has been praised for its musical quality, its social message and its representation of Venezuelan urban culture.

The G-Town crew has established itself as one of the most important voices of urban music in Venezuela.

A MESSAGE OF SOCIAL CONSCIENCE

G-Town’s lyrics address social and cultural issues, with a message of awareness and social vindication.

In their songs, the members talk about inequality and injustice, but also address issues such as Venezuelan cultural identity, the struggle for human rights and the importance of education.

A CREW THAT REPRESENTS THE VENEZUELAN URBAN CULTURE

G-Town is a crew that represents the Venezuelan urban culture. The members of the crew are young people who have grown up amidst the experiences of the street and who live the reality of the country, their lyrics and music are a reflection of their experience and their commitment to Venezuelan urban culture.

El Orgullo de la Cuadra Cesn, Jointer, Rans.Pa, Invi, Afreeka and Aborigen Salazar will be in charge of expressing their message through music in this High Sessions, with the help of producers and beatmakers Radio Macoña and Jointer Own.

G-Town is a crew that is growing and evolving, showing that Venezuelan urban music has a lot to offer to the world.
