Up To Date Festival is an international festival of electronic and experimental music that has been contributing to Białystok’s music scene for 17 years. We invite the most interesting contemporary electronic artists from Poland and around the world to the city, consistently prioritizing the quality of sound and the character of the music over its popularity measured by audience reach.
In 2026, we will meet at two locations: Galeria Arsenał Elektrownia and Lubomirski Park.
This year’s program weaves various threads of contemporary electronica, from experimental and ambient forms, through abstract techno, to the intense energy of clubbing. At the same time, we are even more emphasizing what has been most important to us for years: community, founded on a passion for music, values, and being together in a real, not virtual, reality.
The visual identity of the 17th edition takes on a special significance. It is based on photographs by our longtime photographer and friend of the festival, Krzysztof Karpiński, which were translated into the language of painting by Michał Siwak, a local illustrator.
For us, it’s more than aesthetics. In a world where AI generates images, music, and event programs, we choose human sensitivity, imperfection, and creativity—because no technology can replace the soul and hand of a person who creates from the heart and shares their passion with others.
