Deep and organic sounds reminiscent of scenes from movies like Blade Runner or Ghost in the Shell simply draw you in and don't let you forget about yourself quickly.
The sixth and only release in 2022 from the niche Swiss label A Walking Contradiction is a journey into distant corners of the musical universe. Demi Monde 2/2 is the second part of the edition bringing together various artists. Previously, Aa Sudd, Kombé and Varuna were invited to cooperate, and this time the debuting Lemont and the well-known Felix Krone, born in Berlin, performing under the alias FLXK1.
On the album we will find 4 tracks, which, despite the similarities, differ significantly in terms of arrangement. Lemont's first two numbers are purely ambient sounds, while FLXK1 is recognizable in its characteristic style of broken deep techno. Demi Monde 2/2 is the first official collaboration of these two artists. Both parts of Demi Monde are a well-released 12" with a well-thought-out cover design, which refer to each other in terms of style. Of course, these items are also in our collection!
