Happy 25th anniversary, Instytut! In 2025 one of the most iconic initiatives in Poland’s electronic music industry celebrates not only its milestone, but – what’s most important – its rich legacy.
On 19-20th September 2025 the event series came back to its roots – the Institute’s of Power Engineering lightening bolt has united all the enthusiasts of high-quality techno, served by artists such as Marcel Dettmann, James Ruskin, Tommy Four Seven, MOIA, DJ Rush and Błażej Malinowski, just to name a few.
And Underton’s special guest for the on-site interview was Stephanie Sykes – the UK-born, but Berlin-based artist representing raw, hypnotic and proper techno. We discussed her second visit at Instytut, an intriguing and well-selected back-to-back with AETHA and what she’s currently working on in the studio.
