On August 31, the streets of Łódź will once again be filled with the pulsating sounds of electronic music during another edition of the legendary Freedom Parade. It is not just a festival, but a true celebration of rave culture in Poland, which is once again returning to the city.
This year, the Freedom Parade returns with an even bigger scale. This event with a unique tradition is a manifestation of freedom, equality and unfettered joy, which are the essence of club culture.
Freedom Parade is an iconic electronic music festival that connects generations and celebrates the values of freedom, equality and love. Inspired by the Berlin Love Parade, the Łódź Freedom Parade has become one of the most important music events in Poland, attracting thousands of techno, house and trance music lovers from all over the country and Europe. The first edition took place in 1996, and after a long break in 2022, the festival returned to once again be in the hearts of electronic music fans.
The Freedom Parade is an event inextricably linked to Łódź. The city used to be a true techno music center, vibrant with life and sounds. Today, the title of the capital of electronic music is back, and the organizers have no intention of letting up!
This year’s edition of the Freedom Parade brings even more attractions. The event will take place in the center of Łódź. Colorful, musical platforms representing top clubs, initiatives related to electronic music, as well as festivals from all over Poland will appear on Piotrkowska Street. The whole thing will take place under the slogan “Connect With Music”. Additionally, for the first time, a stage will be set up at Plac Wolności, which will be the heart of the festival and an all-day musical attraction for festival goers. In June 2024, we will find out whose initiative will be the first to organize the musical platforms during the event.
On August 31, 2024, Łódź will once again become the capital of electronic music. Come and join thousands of fans who will celebrate freedom, music and equality together. Admission to the event is free, and the unique atmosphere and talented artists will take you to the real world of rave culture!
